On Friday 23 March 2012 Osaka-jo Hall (next to the Osaka Castle) was full of happy faces for the Osaka City University (OCU) graduation ceremony.
A total of 1,546 students received their Bachelor's degree, 565 their Master's degree, 65 their Doctor's degree and another 51 their Professional (Law) degree.

As for the international students among them, 17 received their Bachelor's degree, 60 their Master's degree and 4 their Doctor's degree.
